This was my first experience with Leaders (Lowestoft). I was very happy with the service provided by the Lettings Team. Josh and Rachael were very quick to find solutions to any problems that came up. Good communication and easy to get hold of (even on a Saturday). Overall, very happy with my choice of agent for this tricky project. The office organisation is clearly very good as everything went fairly smoothly. I have opted to use their Premier Service which tackles many of the issues thrown up by the Renter's Rights Act 2025. I would recommend the branch highly and I look forward to continuing the working relationship.
