We just had our routine property inspection, and I wanted to leave a review for our inspector, Luke. It can sometimes feel stressful having an inspection, but Luke made the process entirely smooth and unintrusive. He was extremely professional and respectful of our home. He arrived exactly on time and was very efficient, clearly explaining what he was checking for and why certain things needed to be noted. What we appreciated most was how friendly he was. He had a great, approachable manner that put us instantly at ease. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, offering helpful, practical tips on a couple of minor maintenance issues we had. Overall, it was a very positive experience. It's clear that Luke and the Leaders team genuinely care about maintaining the property while also treating tenants with respect. Highly recommended!
