Although we have only viewed properties so far, I still wanted to recognise the estate agent we have been dealing with, Jake Charters. Jake has been nothing but amazing and has made our property search a genuinely enjoyable experience. He has always been friendly, approachable and professional, and has been more than happy to answer our questions both during viewings and over the phone.
