I have been a tenant with this company since moving to Suffolk in 2013 - when it was called Vella. Since then they’ve evolved with times and formed a team that is focused and motivated to help. I have recently moved for the third time with Leaders and each time only because the landlords have decided to sell. Each time I have received my deposit back in full. Each time they have gone out and of their way to ensure we are supported and given the facts straight and simple about what properties we are looking at. The GoodLord software is challenging tbh but fyi - all letting agents use it, so deal with it and Leaders have some of the most patient techies. Finally, I can only add, if you are honest and upfront with them about what you want and what you need - they will try their absolute best to get that for you.
