What stood out most was his honesty. If there was something he did not have immediate clarity on, he was very open about it rather than trying to oversell anything. That level of transparency is incredibly refreshing and shows that the focus is not simply on closing a deal but on making sure clients feel informed and comfortable.
Jack went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Even after the contracts were signed he helped facilitate my first meeting with the landlord and came along to the property. I had my children with me at the time and he very kindly kept them engaged so that the landlord and I could have an important discussion. It was such a thoughtful gesture and not something many agents would take the time to do.
I would also like to thank Jolanta, Jack’s manager, who showed incredible empathy during what was quite a unique and urgent moving situation for me. She even took the time to speak with me on her day off to explain the process, walk me through the documents needed and reassure me about the next steps. That level of care meant a great deal.
Gracie was also wonderful when I collected the keys. I unfortunately ran late, but she was patient, warm and very communicative throughout.
Moving home can be stressful at the best of times, and in my case I was navigating significant personal changes as well. The team at Leaders Northampton made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable.
