This was my first experience with Leaders in the city. There is always a reservation because you are starting a new relationship with an agent and I was very please with their responsiveness to calls. The customer journey was very good in fact excellent. In fact all touch points with tech and forms but more so initially with Alice who was the first experience of the brand and the company. Cannot emphasise enough that first impressions of a company like this can impact the future interactions and choices. After moving I have several questions and issues and they have been very responsive from sending engineers and tradesmen to having things picked up. And the reporting system is great. Gladly recommend.
