With regards to the below, the landlord has an obligation to provide the landlords certificate with four weeks of being served with the leaseholder certificate. As this has been served and four weeks have elapsed, we can assume that you are protected under the act from any high cladding remediation costs, provided the sellers are qualifying leaseholder.

I have not yet had sight of this form so cannot advise whether they are qualifying leaseholders.

However, the issue here as that most mortgage lenders require seeing the landlord certificate, and we would also recommend waiting to have this in place.

As soon as I have sight of this, I will be able to advise accordingly.
