As this has been served and four weeks have elapsed, we can assume that you are protected under the act from any high cladding remediation costs, provided the sellers are qualifying leaseholder.

However, the issue here as that most mortgage lenders require seeing the landlord certificate, and we would also recommend waiting to have this in place.
