The Suite comprises of an open plan Bedroom-Lounge-Diner & Kitchen with separate bathroom. The kitchen comes fitted with an undercounter fridge, two-ring hob, mini-oven and there is a private washing machine in the entrance hallway. The Suite benefits from being Furnished and Inclusive of Bills at an additional £150pcm - total payments circa £995pcm. Parking for One Vehicle & additional parking may be available subject to availability.

Monthly payment of £995pcm is discounted based on a 6 month contract, shorter term contracts are subject to higher room rates, please enquire for more information. Please also note that an additional £75pcm will be payable per additional guest. Guests may stay longer than the initially agreed term, subject to a new contract being agreed & signed.
Hotel Guests will be liable to pay an additional £300 administration fee upon moving into the property. Please also note that an additional £75 will be payable per additional guest.
A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks’ room rate will be payable prior to the stay.
