    Open House

    By opting for the traditional estate agency method, we also offer you the opportunity to market your property with an Open House. This is a great choice for many sellers because:

    • Properties only need to be prepared for viewings once!
    • Your home benefits from the additional marketing of an Open House event
  • Auction

    Selling at auction is simple and fast and can, for the right property, generate a better price than traditional methods – especially if your home requires renovation or is particularly unique. You are also able to sell your property by online auction, receiving all the benefits of a traditional auction; certainty, speed and transparency of the sale, but with the added advantage of a pressure-free extended time for bidding.
