Lettings and Estate Agents in Horsham

I've been a tenant for almost 11 years and can honestly say that Leaders have come a long way since my first involvement with them back in 2015. We've certainly had some teething issues but following a restructure at their Horsham branch (a few years back) things have improved dramatically. Recently my property manager is changing however I would like to say that Ms Chloe Keeping has been amazing. She has understood my needs helped address and put right all my prior issues and have even aided me in navigating their new online system. Leaders have changed over the last decade and treat tenants as valued customers they've become a nice company to deal with - although I've not been a problem tenant so cannot comment on that side of the business - however if your a decent tenant then I am sure you will enjoy your time with Leaders, as I am currently doing so at present.

David is currently supporting me with a purchase and has been most helpful! Can’t fault the service so far.
