I recently had a rental inspection with Georgina. I have to say I have had a few issues in the past with contacting me beforehand for these inspections but Georgina was in touch with a specific time and was understanding if it wasn’t convenient for myself that she could change it. She arrived on the viewing on time and was very warm & chatty and asked if I had any issues etc. I felt comfortable letting her into my home and her carrying out the inspection.
