My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!

Lewis was on hand throughout our tenancy to answer queries and assist with maintenance queries. After some initial issues when moving in, and although the conduct of the landlord cannot be controlled by Leaders, Lewis and the team were always very helpful and professional when addressing problems. I'd recommend them to new tenants in the area.

Rented privately for the previous 10 and always remained sceptical of property agents. Since registering an interest with Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Worcester, our first contact with Alice Jenkins who found us the perfect property and walked us through step by step and then liaising with our Property Manager Lewis Langdell, who has been on hand for any issues we may have encountered when first navigating our way through our new property. The whole process has been simple, and you have friendly support on hand. We have only encountered one of two teething issues as expected moving into a new property and every time Lewis has immediately been on hand with excellent customer service, a friendly approach and always showing true compassion to your circumstance and not only that, immediate action to any issues with some being resolved over night or on same day. Excellent customer service and a beautiful man. Alice ain't bad either. Great team ☺

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A shout out to Lewis Langdell, I can’t praise this man enough, nothing is ever too much for him. I’ve had a few maintenance issues within the property and he’s always there straight on it, I’m kept informed at all times and he replies to my emails very promptly. He’s always super polite and is such a credit to Leaders.

Been with Leaders for almost a year now and they have always been brilliant. Aimee has been amazing & is always really proactive & friendly. Her support has gone a long way!
