I have just decided to sell a rental property in Northwich, but over the last few years I have found Paula McCafferty at Leaders to be extremely efficient and responsive in the management of the property. Good property managers are not always easy to find, and for that reason I am writing this review to voice my praise for her and to perhaps help others.

I have been working as a property maintenance contractor for Leaders for over a year, and I have nothing but praise for their property managers, Sully and Josh. They are both very professional, courteous, and responsive to the needs of both landlords and tenants. They handle any complaints or issues promptly and effectively, and they always keep me informed of the work that needs to be done. They also have a great eye for finding quality tenants and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and up to code. I would highly recommend Sully and Josh to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management services. They are both a credit to Leaders.
