We would just like to praise Leaders in particular Fay Tipper, she is the property management agent, we reported a boiler problem to her on Thursday, Engineer came out on Friday, ordered a part as we had no hot water or heating, on Monday morning, engineer returned and fixed the problem, Job done. Fay we are sure your job is most stressful to say the least, but we would like to just say well done for sorting us out very swiftly. Well done you.
