In searching for a property to buy in this area, I've had contact with a number of different local agents. The most irritating thing was that so many didn't follow through. Calls wouldn't be returned on time, nor would updates be given. You'd deal with several different people, and the details of what you were looking for turned into a game of Chinese Whispers. Then I found that Leaders were marketing a property I liked. Less than 48 hours have passed since I first contacted them, and I've been able to view the property, make my offer, have it accepted, have the ID checks done, have my survey booked in, and all the relevant paperwork sent to all parties. I didn't have to chase them or prompt them once. They have a portal where I can check the ongoing progress 24/7.
