Great communication from Karl in sales. and customer support from Rebecca in Lettings. Karl contacted me to advise of a property that coming up at auction that I may be interested in. He also arranged for me to view at my convenience. He was polite and very helpful. Once I had purchased the property the letting team had previously managed the property for a landlord and were able to assist and provide information that they had on file which helped me massively. Again Rebecca was very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and hope to do business with them in the future.
