Leaders isn't one of the bigger name estate agents in Clacton, and to be honest, it shows, but not in a bad way. You get a feeling that they care about you as a person, and your property, not just to bump up sales figures. There are regular updates, and we had them show potential buyers around, which was less stress for us. We felt they actually cared about our house and we received feedback the majority of the time. The only time we didn't was when the viewer didn't call back. They worked hard to sell the house, and today we completed. It was stress free and although they are not a big name, with Rightmove etc, everyone can see your property without going on a company website or looking through a window.
