I had a house viewing yesterday with Harriet, and I wanted to leave some positive feedback because so often reviews only come when things go wrong - not when they go right! Harriet was on time and clearly well prepared. She gave helpful background on the property and explained why it was on the market. The house had been empty for a while and all carpets had been removed, exposing the gripper rods on the stairs - a potential hazard with me wearing slip on sandals. Though Harriet made sure to point this out and was mindful of my comfort throughout. She was polite, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me through through the viewing with generic “here’s each room” commentary, nor did she brush off questions with “you’ll need to call the office”. Despite the heat yesterday, she stayed upbeat and cheerful the whole time. Whilst this particular property wasn’t the right fit for us, based on this experience, I’d be very happy to find and buy our first home as first time buyers through Leaders in Gosport.
