Lettings and Estate Agents in Gosport

My husband and I were viewing properties through Leaders Gosport, we had dealings with Danny, Helen and on occasions Chloe. We had an amazing experience with them and they were extremely kind, they were also very patient with us as we were rather persistent when we found a property we loved. We thought we would have issues getting into the property on the day of our move with moving van timings, key collections etc, however Helen contacted us on the Saturday and confirmed she would do everything she could to get us in the property earlier. Helen called again early on the Monday (day before the move) and had managed to get everything sorted for us. This was above an beyond what I would expect however it left an impression on us. Danny was also great, she was friendly and again very understanding of what we were looking for. We also have a dog and previously we had issues with other agencies looking at us like we had two heads or ignoring our enquiries. This was not an issue this time and made us feel very seen and understood. I would not go anywhere else now. When we collected the keys we were also given a little welcome gift which again was a great touch and made us feel very valued. Thank you again for everything :)
