They were helpful, knowledgeable about the current market, and very approachable. They took their time to explain to us what to expect when selling our property.   They kept us updated throughout the selling process and sold the house within seven weeks. A lot quicker than we expected. We had a figure in mind but Annie advised us to aim higher and as a result the final price exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the work that was put in to sell the house and quite frankly we could not have wished for a better team on our side.
