Really great experience with this branch. Initially dealt by Gracie who has booked us in for a viewing, came across very polite and approachable. We then had a viewing with Jack who was very welcoming and gave us the space we needed during the viewing, he explained the process post viewing very well! Fantastic experience so far dealing with Leaders Northampton branch. The initial contact and updates from Jolanta and Jasmine as we were starting the process was great and the continued support form our account manager Faith Graham has been excellent. As expected with a new build there has been a few settling issues, however using the online portal to log the issues has been straight forward and Faith has had someone out to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of renting via Leaders.
