Moving home can be stressful enough without navigating applications, references, paperwork and deadlines, and what really stood out was how supported I felt throughout the entire process. Leila was consistently friendly, approachable, professional and incredibly responsive. Nothing ever felt like a silly question, and whenever I was unsure about something, she took the time to explain what was needed and, importantly, often suggested practical ways forward rather than simply telling me what I needed to do. When I was having difficulties obtaining some of the documentation required for referencing, she was patient, reassuring and helpful, and kept everything moving without ever making me feel pressured or like I was becoming a nuisance. Her communication was exceptional. I was kept informed at each stage, emails were answered promptly, and I always felt that there was a real person at the other end who genuinely wanted the process to go smoothly. That makes an enormous difference when you are trying to secure a home. The wider Leaders experience has also been incredibly impressive. The process has been thorough and well organised, while still feeling warm and welcoming. There is a very noticeable sense that the tenant experience matters. From the helpful information and guidance provided, to the care taken with the process itself, I have felt looked after rather than simply processed through a system. And then there was the lovely welcome home gift box, which was such a beautiful and unexpected touch. It may seem like a small thing, but those little details say a great deal about how an organisation chooses to treat people. It made moving into my new home feel like something to celebrate. Leila deserves particular recognition for the way she handled everything. She combined professionalism with genuine warmth and kindness, and throughout what could easily have been a stressful process, she made me feel reassured, informed and welcome. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel very transactional, this experience has been refreshingly different. Leaders have demonstrated that being thorough and professional does not have to come at the expense of being human. Thank you to Leila and the whole Leaders team for making the journey to my new home such a positive experience. I have been genuinely impressed from start to finish, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking for a letting agency that truly puts its tenants at the heart of the process.
