I started looking at the property around September of last year. Dan was very helpful since the start from viewing the property to completing the purchase. He is prompt with communication and reply to all the queries in a timely manner, for example me making the offer and him communicating it to the seller and communicating back to me. It was a stressful time for me but Dan was very supportive. He goes beyond and above of what was expected on him by chasing both side of lawyers ( seller and buyer) to speed up the process. Thanks to Dan's effort, I have completed my purchase in Catalina Drive and got the keys 27th of February 2026.
