We had a very positive experience dealing with Jess, our dedicated property manager, throughout the brief period for which she acted in that capacity during our tenancy and particularly during the end-of-tenancy process. Jess was consistently professional, fair and reasonable in her dealings with us. This became especially apparent when a number of substantial monetary charges were proposed by the landlord at the end of our tenancy, some of which we felt were unreasonable and did not fairly reflect the condition of the property or the circumstances involved. Although Jess was acting as the property manager and had to represent the landlord’s position, we greatly appreciated the fact that she remained impartial, transparent and professional in her communication with us. She took the time to explain the situation clearly, listened to our concerns, and was reasonable in the way she handled what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. It is refreshing to deal with a property manager who understands the importance of treating tenants fairly while still carrying out her professional responsibilities. Her communication throughout was clear, respectful and courteous, and we genuinely appreciated her approach. Based on our personal experience, we would have no hesitation in giving Jess five stars for her professionalism, fairness and excellent communication. Thank you Jess.
