Honestly, most letting agencies around BCP follow the same pattern: surface-level care, not much beneath it. Leaders is different. Olvier (Ollie) has been brilliant. Genuinely passionate, kind, and really listened to our concerns during the viewing. He represented both us and the landlord fairly, which is rare. Mike has been lovely too! Warm and well-spoken throughout. We came in as prospective tenants and left feeling genuinely looked after. We didn’t land on a flat just yet but regardless the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Leaders, you’re hiring the best! Keep it up! Great job team!
