I was in the market looking for a 1 bed flat rental and managed to tie up a place elsewhere, not with Leaders but had to comment on the quality service provided by Phoebe Cross. I saw a couple of properties that Phoebe kindly arranged and the level of service was excellent. Phoebe was available by phone, called back if she missed the call, excellent time keeping with viewings, asked the right questions regarding my property needs, viewings were not rushed, was accommodating when I was late and in general, great communication and customer service - which is rare nowadays since the pandemic.
