I've had three rental properties with Leaders Letting Estate Agents here in Worcester over the years. From my experience and dealings with them they've always been very professional, organised and competent in their practice and property management. Just a general all around quality service. I would personally like to commend and acknowledge the efforts and level of professionalism from my property maintenance management lead representative Emma Lusted, whom I've liaised with the most in my current rental property. Emma has been brilliant in my engagements and interactions with her, resolving one or two property maintenance related issues in a timely manner, she's very personable, knowledgeable in her duties and job capacity and a valued colleague and key asset to the practice/estate agent.
