I have to say that after being with Leaders a number of years in Norfolk, I wasn’t overly impressed the first few years. I had numerous property managers and had a number of issues with them - that was until Hannah took over. Hannah does the small things that make a big difference to you as a landlord, keeps you in the loop - even if she can’t get a response from another department she keeps you informed. As a landlord that’s all you want to know to keep you happy. I know I can be a nightmare as in very abrupt and forthright but despite this, Hannah has remained professional throughout and she has remained in place for a substantial time. Even the most difficult people (me!) can be tamed once the right person takes over! If you use Leaders in Norwich to manage your property, just make sure you ask for Hannah. Leaders management, do not lose her!
