Everyone has been friendly, professional, approachable and genuinely helpful, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Communication has been excellent, and I've really appreciated how responsive and supportive the team have been, particularly when answering questions and guiding me through the different stages. It's refreshing to deal with an estate agency where the staff are personable, proactive and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Callum was particularly great at keeping in touch, responding quickly to my calls and messages, and doing his best to help me find a suitable property as quickly as possible.
