Meet Tim Loder

Tim Loder is our very experienced and knowledgeable lettings manager in Dorking, where he works closely with clients in the area to help them achieve their goals in the lettings market. He is a local resident of the town and knows the area well, having lived in Dorking since 2008. With more than 25 years of experience in the lettings industry, it will come as no surprise to learn Tim has an incredible level of expertise and great attention to detail when it comes to his work. In particular, he offers an in-depth understanding of the legalities and processes associated with letting property. Having started his career in Clapham and Balham, he later moved to Wimbledon and then on to Kingston. He has also worked as the branch manager at our Weybridge branch, before opting to move back to Kingston in early 2015. He then moved on to our Dorking branch.


Tim has a tremendous background when it comes to property, as his father worked for many years as a hugely successful and respected chartered surveyor and property auctioneer and Estate Agent in south-west London, inspiring Tim to take up a career in the sector. Tim said: “As a landlord myself, I find it easy to understand exactly what my fellow landlords want to achieve and exactly what they demand from a great agent. I will do all I can to secure quality, reliable tenants for every home we let.”

OK SO SECOND TIME I'VE USED LEADERS Great service from leaders especially James, who I dealt with a couple of years back who was helpful throughout and made the whole process stress free yet again. But these guys second time round and even under these circumstances! Only get Better. Shame I can only give 5 stars on google. But here are your other 5 ***** 10/10 from me 😊
