Five stars! We found the property ourselves and asked to view it. Eesa arranged the viewing quickly and gave us a warm welcome. The viewing was well organised, and every question we had got a clear, honest answer. We knew what we wanted, and that one viewing was enough for us to decide. Eesa supported us from the viewing through the offer, and he kept us updated at every step. The letting manager, Jade, was just as helpful. She stayed on top of everything, and the process stayed smooth and well coordinated. Both were professional, friendly and respectful of our decisions. We never had to chase for news.
