Step up the ladder with shared ownership

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Thomas Overton when moving into my rented property. As a first-time renter, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how the whole process worked, but Thomas made everything so much easier for me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and never making me feel like any question was a silly one to ask. He made what could have been a stressful and confusing experience feel simple and straightforward. His professionalism, patience and helpful attitude really made a difference, and I’m extremely grateful for all the help and support he gave me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Thomas Overton to anyone looking to rent a property, especially first-time renters who might need a little extra guidance and reassurance. He made my first experience of renting a property a really positive one, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Leaders and Thomas, for making the whole process so easy!
