Writing this review right after the end of a one-year tenancy. Had a great experience with Liberty Gate/Leaders, I have nothing to complain about. Let me happily share some key facts: - Within the first month of tenancy everything I asked or I was worrying about has been fixed/addressed/clarified super super quickly. - I had a leak once, 24 hours later it was fixed. - The last month / end of tenancy, has been absolutely smooth and all the agents have been marvellously available and supportive guiding this poor expat through the "leaving" process.
Heather at Leaders/Liberty Gate worked diligently, very professional and did that little extra to find me 2 tenants for two properties in Nottingham.
