We changed to working with Leaders a few years ago after being very disappointed with our previous agents. We initially spoke to Nicky, who could not have been more helpful. This was obviously very reassuring. Just recently my husband passed away. It was him who took on the role of dealing with our let. So I was left floundering with a new task added to my normal duties. Next thing, our Tennant served notice. This threw me into a panic. That was until Nicky contacted me to let me know what was happening. She is such a lovely person and made me feel totally reassured. It may sound cheesy, but it made me feel as if I was being looked after by a friend. She found a new Tennant and worked hard to make possible for him to move in and be settled before Christmas. I really feel looked after by Nicky and the rest of the team.

We can't thank Beverly enough for the help and positivity she has shown us whilst we bought our first property. Her calming and friendly attitude made the more stressful times that bit more manageable and despite not being available on the day of completion to collect the keys, Beverly went out of her way to give us a congratulations call the day after which was so lovely. As well as Lucy being friendly, positive and professional throughout our many viewings, chatting to our daughter and making her feel welcome. Finally the ladies in the office when we went to collect the keys were professional and welcoming, adding to that excitement of buying your first home. We really couldnt recommend this branch enough, we dont plan on ever moving again, but if we were, we would 100% be choosing Leaders to help us. Thank You all for your hard work and dedication.
