Dear Leaders Limited Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your colleague, Samuel Stevenson, during my family’s recent relocation from Hong Kong to the UK. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients. It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. Having a clear outline of the required stages — from referencing and right-to-rent checks to deposit handling and inventory sign-offs — would allow foreign clients to: 1. Gain a clear understanding of the full end-to-end process. 2. Accurately estimate realistic move-in schedules. 3. Plan contingency arrangements and short-term accommodation upon arrival with greater certainty.
