We were looking for properties to rent in the area and Leaders were one of the few agencies who were approachable, reliable and understanding (of people's work commitments) when it came to arranging viewings. Not many agencies return calls as the properties get snatched up quickly. However, Leaders were very clear with their process and we were offered later viewings to accommodate our timings. We were shown around a property by Libby, who was punctual, welcoming and very professional. Unfortunately, it wasn't the place for us but we were given a list of other properties available after the viewing and still looking to explore other options.

As a new landlord who doesn’t have a lot of free time and no experience in the field I needed a profesional and efficient team to take me through my new venture. Thomas thoroughly explained various options for managing and protecting my investment and together with the rest of Leaders Team took care of the whole process. Within weeks and after referencing process was concluded my new tenants moved in. The whole Team was on hand every step of the way and I trust them to fully manage the property now.
