I had a bad experience in an another agency like speaking rude, I was really disappointed and difficult to find a house at last minute. Then I got a call from leaders and saying we have a flat if I like it they will arrange a viewing the property. I was very happy and viewed the property. Tamzen Hoather was the one who callled me and showed me the house. Same day she showed me two houses, I liked the first one and I was very happy to see the flat with her, because she was very polite and straightforward. She explained everything clearly and very kind. I told about my situation so she tired to get the flat for me, after two days the flat landlord accepted us. At the moment we finished all the process , through this process whenever I called leaders she and her colleague Amy was so helpful and kind to me. Our family is very happy we been doing all these process through leaders. They always straightforward and very helpful. Thanks to everyone who helped me get this flat. I fully satisfied with their dedication.
