I’ve only recently moved into the property, but the property manager (Jo Stakim) has already been incredibly helpful. She’s responsive, efficient, and always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. It’s made settling in so much easier, and I really appreciate how approachable and supportive she’s been from the start.

Stephen love and Harry - our Leaders team have been brilliant agents in getting our property rented. From the first meeting with Stephen we decided to go with leaders for his genuine manner and professionalism. He was also extremely clear, friendly and knowledgeable about the process we were entering and what we needed to do. He has helped us with any forms or trades we needed to get filled in or called in. Generally the process has been smooth and they’ve shown us nothing but patience and understanding. I’m so pleased and feel at peace knowing we’re leaving our property in their hands to manage. We've used Leaders for around 20 years now in respect of four properties in Brighton and Hove but sadly, this relationship is now ending as we convert our properties into equity to fund our retirement adventures. Over the last few years our main point of contact has been Francesca Cranford and she has always been exemplary in dealing with our queries, requests and all the other elements that go with letting properties. We'll be sorry to say goodbye even though we're excited to embark on this new phase of our lives.
