Annie provided welcome help during a difficult period in between lets and quickly found a tenant for my flat. Sometimes it felt like there were several separate people dealing and a period of 2 weeks with no updates and me chasing for information.hence 4 not 5 stars. In the end everything turned out OK but one flat detail mentioned were forgotten which caused me to have to rush down to remedy. I appreciated the inventory service offered
