Sadly, google you don’t have a 10Stars ratings because that’s what LORENA deserves. From the very first enquiry, professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive but what Amazed me and my family was the day we were coming to pick up the keys for the property. Relocating from London there was a lot of roadworks and i couldn’t make on time with the van. My wife train keep getting several delays and couldn’t make it before 5:30 when office closes. We Spoke to Lorena that we will be late and we had no place to be for the night so it was important we have the keys and get into the house as i have a 10months old baby if not we would be homeless for the night.
To cut the story short my wife trained was delayed multiple times as we kept updating her and Lorena waited +1Hour at the office for my wife and child to get the keys so we could finally be Home.
We are very grateful for the human values she shows and great customer service with empathy.
I came in personally the next day to thank her but this needed to get to the Top management as she deserves the recognition.
