I haven’t known the team at Leaders for long, Miles, Murray, Ben and James, but I feel as though I have. From the very start of my walking into their offices behind Waitrose, they made me feel at ease; friendly and yet professional. They offered much needed advice (I’m new to this business) and help at every turn, prompt replies to emails, telephone messages and reminders for me to get things in order. In short, through their excellent guidance, I was able to successfully meet my goals in a timely manner and I am continually grateful for their management and care. I live abroad and I feel 100% they are taking care of my house and my tenants. I am sincerely grateful to them all and enjoy the contact and communication which reminds me so much of Eastbourne and the UK at large. I look forward to seeing them again in the future and am so glad I fell into their safe hands. I highly recommend Leaders for their professional manner and friendly touch. A great team indeed, it’s just so bad none of them are Liverpool supporters. But you can’t have everything. 😅

James and his team have been exceptional. The customer service has been amazing. They are prompt at responding, and have been extremely helpful in helping with any queries that I've had. They are polite, and professional. Excellent customer service... I would highly recommend working with them.
