Beth in the lettings team is most approachable and professional and flexible and seems a geniunely lovely caring and supportive estate agent - which sadly isn't so common in the current uk housing climate. My experience of Leaders Lettings so far has been second to none. From the initial enquiry and viewing with Lauren through to doing the deal and working closely with Tom on all the paperwork, it's been a genuine pleasure. Tom is a terrific guy and was extremely helpful in accommodating my request to re-visit and measure up in the property last night - I told him I'd need 20 minutes and it was over an hour and out of hours, I'm very grateful and would highly recommend.
