Jack and Hannah at leaders loughborough are currently dealing with the sale of my house and I could not ask for more. Either jack or Hannah are at the end of a phone when I need them. They are both amazing knowledgeable and professional and are making what is a difficult time much more easy to bare. I could not recommend leaders and jack and Hannah highly enough!

Having recently secured a tenancy via Leaders of Loughborough, I can honestly say that the experience was very positive. My main point of contact was Adam Jalland within the Lettings team, and his communication, friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Compliments to his colleagues who I also found to be very helpful. All of which leaves me very optimistic that the experience of being a tenant with them will be equally pleasant over the long term. Would recommend.

We rented a property managed by Mia & Co at Leaders, and they were excellent in helping us get through all the necessary steps of completing paperwork etc. While there were a few issues with the house we are renting, Mia and her team have been amazing at working with our landlord and the maintenance teams to get these addressed promptly. We were unsure how smoothly this process would be but the team have been super helpful and I would recommend them.

Over the past few months I had the absolute pleasure of being in contact with Yvonne. She was very kind, professional and understanding.. going above and beyond to be supportive and get answers to all my queries. When you’re in the process of moving all you need is one good person to deal with… and she was my go to ! Thank you once again for everything

My partner and I recently went through a big (and our first proper) move - and Leaders have been excellent. Adam Jalland helped us every step of the way and was there for each and every enquiry/question we had. He was very reassuring and guided us through every step, ensuring we felt comfortable and at ease.
