Selling a property by auction

There are plenty of reasons to sell a property at auction. From achieving a quick and secure sale to the sheer simplicity of the process, selling at auction is remarkably advantageous.

Buying a property at auction

In addition to the obvious benefit of securing a property in a matter of minutes and exchanging contracts on the same day, it’s sometimes forgotten that another bonus of buying at auction is the transparency it offers.

Why have property auctions become so popular?

    • We can sell any type of property by auction. From flats and houses to commercial property and land.
    • The sale is completely transparent. The bidding is public, so everyone has an equal opportunity to buy at the price they want to bid.
    • It’s faster. Exchange of contracts can take place in just four to six weeks.
    • Auctions are straightforward. There is no chain, unconditional contracts are exchanged on the fall of the gavel, so both parties are legally committed to complete on a set date.
