We have lived in Kelvedon for nearly 30 years, 23 in this house after moving from a 3 bed just up the road. This house was a wonderful home in which to bring up our family. The low maintenance garden where my youngest learnt to ride at the age of 6, is great for bbq's and enjoying the sun. The ground floor free flowing layout is great for parties and we sit 14 to 16 people regularly in the conservatory. The master bedroom is a great size, the 2nd bedroom has been a playroom/ media/gaming room all the while serving as a spare bedroom for visitors. The other bedrooms were easily large enough for our 2 with plenty of room for a child from infancy to leaving home. Kelvedon is a great place to live with easy access to transport links. If you time your journey well you can be in London in an hour. We have a fantastic local primary school rated outstanding by Ofsted.
