Having worked in the property industry since 2009 - and at Leaders for the majority of this time, Leanne has been promoted to this role in Eastleigh from our Bitterne Branch. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the industry and holds her NFOPP qualification. Leanne lives locally and has done her whole life meaning her knowledge of the local market is second to none. Hassle free and helpful. We have been with Leaders in North East twice or thrice, all if them friendly and nice but weren't of much help. Even in Southampton they were friendly but weren't helpful to finding us a home. But this Eastleigh team, helped us find a home with our requirements and we're helpful throughout the process. Hassle free and we weren't even asked or called for every now and then to subit documents. A quick call and Molly answered right away clearing all our issues. The whole was helpful and we had our new home quick and absolutely tension free. A welcome pack was a surprise that I liked a lot, as this sweet gesture was helpful and made my day. A small gesture but was really lovely.

The team at leaders eastleigh are amazing super helpful and just great to work with. Molly who we worked with most was a absolute legend, found us a perfect house that met all our requirements which wasn't particularly easy. But found us the perfect house to start our family in, always kept us up to date with houses and went out of the way for us. Thank you molly. Thank you all :)

I've been renting a property with Leaders for a couple of years now. And feel it's time to leave a review. I have received such outstanding service in those couple of years. Whether there are issues with the property which Sally would help with or general queries which Denise would help with. They have always been very helpful in dealing with the matter. I recently contacted Leaders and spoke to Mitch who is currently covering for Sally from maintenance. I was worried about the locks on the property. He took into account my concerns dealt with my query efficiently, kept to his word keeping me posted on the progress to put my mind at ease. Thank you again for that Mitch. I have had dealings with a few estate agencies poor in service lack professionalism and don't take responsibility if you have any problems with the property. But can say Leaders won't let you down they are by far the best ones to rent with. And would definitely recommend.
