Experienced and knowledgeable property professional Tracy heads up the lettings department at our branch in New Milton. Having worked in the property industry for more than ten years - the last five of which have been at Leaders - Tracy is ideally placed to help landlords achieve the best possible results and tenants to find their dream home. She initially started as a Branch Administrator before progressing to the role of Negotiator. Her most recent promotion saw her become Lettings Manager. The New Milton office manages my property well and has a good relationship with the tenant resulting in a settled tenancy of over 10 years. Property visits are made regularly and findings are well presented. The Landlord Portal contains a useful database of property-specific information and also provides updates on changes to the rental legislation which is very helpful. One small concern I have is that Leaders are able to provide cover should a key member of staff in the local office leave the Company. A case in point was when the New Milton office Property Manager left the Company in 2018, it was difficult to contact anyone concerning my property for a period of about a month.
