I had a positive experience with Leaders Emsworth securing my lovely new home to rent. From the start and throughout the process, they were always professional, friendly and helpful. Amy was prompt and patient with answering my numerous questions or emailing updates if she was waiting for a response. The referencing process felt fairly easy. The Goodlord system was a bit odd, asking me to sign the final contract and pay the security deposit before I could view the contract, but I managed to resolve this. I also had to pay my first month's rent over the phone which Hugo assisted with, as Goodlord wasn't allowing it. Leaders Emsworth were more attentive and helpful than other letting agents I made contact with in a different area which I really appreciated. Thank you Amy and team!
