I dealt with Jessica following a terrible experience with another letting agent. ( I am a landlord) I have given Jessica 5 stars for the following reasons. - Excellent knowledge of the current rental market resulting in an accurate valuation - A strong customer base , the property was rented out after the first set of viewings . - Excellent communication, this is such an important and often understated quality in a good estate agent. All queries dealt with in a timely manner and I GET A PHONE CALL BACK I cannot stress enough how poor other agents are at calling back. - I have spoken to Jessica later than the working day, this shows the commitment and drive of a great agent. - I haven't been a landlord since 2006 and alot of the legislation has changed and I found some of this somewhat confusing initially. Jessica has been incredibly patient and helpful and has organised things such as cleaning the property and an additional electrical inspection ( both not yet part of our contract) - The property is a family property preciously owned by my mother who is terminally ill, during the switch of land deeds and myself taking over the estate Jessica has been extremely kind and helpful to my mother. Interpersonal genuine soft skills go along way. ( My mother speaks very highly of Jessica and her professionalism). I would be surprised if Jessica is not a branch manager in 5 years.( Leaders put this in place or someone else will).
