Hugo has been fantastic throughout the entire letting process. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated how quickly he turned around every request and how clearly he explained each step of the process. The property was listed quickly and let just as fast. On a personal level, I enjoyed our football chats, it showed he took the time to connect with us as people, not just clients, which made the experience even better. We also dealt with Amy, who was equally helpful. She answered telephone queries promptly and explained everything clearly. Overall, a great experience with Leaders thanks to both Hugo and Amy for supporting us in our journey. Highly recommended.
