Tess, Tom, Hannah and Charley of Leaders Southsea are the quintessential team in enabling my moving to a very lovely residence this Sept 1/ Tess - played a major role with communication i.e. occasional questions and proactively providing updates throughout milestone portal stages. Who works quickly, well versed with the processes and demonstrates excellent numeracy skills. Having met Tess is one who always takes an interest in you, greets with a warm smile, always friendly, speaks clearly and has an extremely good positive mental attitude. Couple of times even offered to personally help me carry some of my items to the very lovely residence in which i have now just moved into. 2/ Tom - played a major part from the ground floor stage to begin my journey to a lovely residence in Sept. I initially phoned spoke with Tom he extremely quickly sourced and pinged email details of a property that fulfilled all my requirements plus more to me during same phone call so we could discuss it as if in same room. and onto arranging viewing (as opposed to receiving details through web engine.) that degree of fluency of information, Tom’s high knowledge of the Southsea properties was commendable. Tom takes a real interest in you, is warm, friendly, highly positive, talks and explains things clearly and simply, his numeracy is quick and good. With his high degrees of customer focus in mind when Tom provided my viewing we could both see how well the property suits me. 3/ Hannah - Throughout the stages of my moving to a lovelly residence at times Hannah provided valuable support having that extra degree of knowledge drawing from great experience. Who as well as noticably dedicated and hard working, takes an interest in you and has superb numeracy skill. 4/ Charley - Charley's deep knowledge and great experience are noticeable throughout the process. Charley is always particularly warm and friendly, interesting to know, takes a real interest in you and extremely helpful too. Also very kind and understanding, on couple of occasions seeing i was strugling with a highly restricted stairway in flat i was leaving offered to carry by hand with me items across to the lovely residence into which i've been moving into ~ Marko

Having just changed providers of services to support landlords, on behalf of my mother, the service and customer care provided by Leaders at Southsea (and in particular Charley and Tom) has been like a breath of fresh air. They treat us a valued customer and have immediately adhered to straightforward requests that the previous company found too much to cope with. It's good to find a company that appreciates that landlord relationships are equally as important as building tenant relationships, and this can in turn only be good for the tenants during such a tough time for the rental sector. Long may it last.
