I have just moved into my new house after Claire and her team handled the sale of my previous home. The whole process was quite difficult for me emotionally, as well as in terms of the market, and with issues lower down the chain once we had a sale agreed. None of this was of Claire's making. However, Claire really took time to help and listen throughout the process., and made a lot of effort to be supportive and to progress the sale when other agents involved in the chain were being frankly unhelpful. I do feel Claire went above and beyond to ensure the sale was eventually successful. I felt she was doing this because she cared about me as a client, rather than because it was her job, which made the whole stressful process more bearable, and am truly grateful for her efforts.
