Returning to Worthing after years abroad my wife (Dani) and I needed a place to rent in a hurry. Initially, Susie and then Ella were extremely helpful and understood our situation and in a very friendly way started the search for us. Once we settled on a place Lucy simply couldn't have been more helpful guiding us through the process, including the often baffling online requirements. Huge thanks to Lucy and Susie and Ella. A pity we can only grant 5 stars. They deserve 6!

Viewing a flat with Lucy was such a positive experience. She was very professional but also personable and accommodating (excuse the pun), so that I didn't feel like just a number being rushed in and out of the property. She was able to provide some very useful insights into aspects of rental agreements that I was previously unaware of. I look forward to seeing this process through with Leaders.
